    I have made reservations for Aug 17th. My balance is due on July 18. I will have almost all paid by then, how do I ask for a few more weeks to pay remaining balance? Also I see there is a promotional 79.00 for 3 nights 4 days. Can this be applied to my a

    Hello, Katrina! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for visiting us with a question! I am happy to see that you’ll soon be visiting Walt Disney World! I see that your vacation payment balance was due a few days ago. You may have already followed some of these steps, but if not, read on!

    First, I recommend that you call Disney Reservations immediately and explain your situation. Vacation payments for balances are due 30 days before your trip. However, sometimes there is a little wiggle room, and Disney Reservations Cast Members can grant a few extra days. A few weeks, however, will not likely be possible. That being said, if there is a special offer, it may be able to be applied to your current reservation, and the price of your vacation may change to reflect that Special Offer pricing, if applicable. The Cast Members in Reservations will be able to help you navigate both of these concerns! The sooner, the better, so do not delay in contacting them.
