I made our reservations for AoA - super excited about staying there BUT I saw the new spring specials and by changing hotels I was able to save 300 off my balance PLUS now have a 5th day ticket FREE but had to change over to Pop Century. This good hotel??

Laura, I am beyond excited for your family that you will be staying at Disney's Pop Century Resort! The Pop Century is my family’s favorite place to stay while visiting Walt Disney World. Let me tell you some of the things that keep us coming back!

The theming is simply outstanding. You will want to set aside some time to walk around the resort grounds – and make sure you grab your camera!  Some of our favorite vacation photos were taken at this resort.

The food court is also amazing. They have many different options available, including Tie-dyed Cheesecake – it’s totally groovy! My husband’s favorite is the Mom’s Night Out TV Dinners. The kids love the ice cream Sundaes in a freshly made waffle bowl. Those bowls make the lobby smell amazing! If you feel like hanging out in your room, you can also have a pizza delivered right to you!

The pools are another thing we absolutely love. There are 3 separate pools located at the resort. The Hippy Dippy Pool has fun water spray jets and an area for smaller children to splash around. There is also the Bowling pool shaped like a bowling pin! The third pool is the Computer pool shaped like, well – a computer! Where else but the Pop Century can you float through the decades?

The gift shop at Pop Century is also very nice. There is just a little bit of everything you may need – or want! This is where we usually pick up some needed park accessories before heading out, such as autograph books and trading pins.

We also have been very pleased with the bus transportation from Pop Century to the parks. There is only one bus stop at this resort, near the lobby. My family does book a preferred room so we are nice and close to the bus stop (and the food – yum!).

Laura, I hope you fall in love with Pop Century as I have! Happy planning!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
