    I made reservations already and I can see all my passes under "passes or tickets" but when I click on "my plans" there's nothing. Should I link tickets there too? I want to be ready for joining virtual ques

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks for dropping by with your question! 

    I’m sure you want to be able to see all your fun plans in the Disneyland Mobile App. Let me walk you through the steps to take so that they’re showing up for you! 

    To link dining reservations to your Disneyland Mobile App, you’ll first need to link it using a desktop computer or laptop. First, log in to your Disneyland Account on the website and click My Disneyland then select My Dining And Activity Reservations. From there, scroll to the bottom of the webpage and select the “Link Dining Reservation” button. You will then be able to input your dining reservation confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. Once the reservation is linked to your Disneyland account, it should show in the Disneyland Mobile App as well.  

    It sounds like you’ve already linked your theme park tickets, but let me tell you how to link your Hotel Reservations. First, log in to your Disneyland Account on the website and click My Disneyland then select My Hotel Reservations. From there you’ll be able to input your confirmation number, the last name on the reservation and your arrival date. Once the reservation is linked to your Disneyland account, it should show in the “Future Plans” section of the Disneyland Mobile App as well. 

    Lastly, in the past Guests were required to secure a Boarding Group via the Virtual Queue in order to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure. However, the attractions are currently utilizing a traditional stand-by queue. And, the virtual queue will only be implemented as needed. Guests will only have the opportunity to join the virtual queue after they have entered the theme park. So, when you arrive at the Disneyland Resort, please check the Disneyland Mobile App to see if a virtual queue is being utilized on the day of your visit. If not, simply hop in line!
