hi we made reservations already, how do we add our flight information in order to get our luggage tags? thanks!

Hi, Karen! Congratulations on getting all the details ironed out for your WDW vacation! It's an exciting time, I know. If you haven't already, you'll start receiving several documents and lots of information by mail and email -- room/package and Advanced Dining Reservation confirmation numbers, flight information, and the Disney's Magical Express (DME) booklet. I like to keep travel documents and information in a small, cookbook-sized three-ring binder or a small, accordion-style wallet like one used for coupons.

In order to register for DME, you're going to need to go the "route" in which you made your reservations. For instance, if you called 407-WDISNEY or made your reservations online, you will need your confirmation number, the last name of the primary reservation, the resort name and dates. Then, you can either call, or from the home page go to "My Reservations" and to "Retrieve My Reservations." You'll be able to provide flight information and register for DME. If you booked your plans with a third-party provider such as a travel agency, you'll need to ask your travel agent to register your flight information with DME, and if you're a Disney Vacation Club member staying on points, you can go to or call 800-800-9800.

If your travel is more than 20 days in advance, you'll be able to receive your yellow luggage tags in the mail. If you leave soon, then you'll provide your baggage claim information to the Cast Members located at the DME Welcome Center at the Orlando International Airport (Concourse B). Or, you can simply claim your luggage and store it underneath the bus you take to your resort. I've done this several times with no problems.

I hope you have a seamless and almost effortless experience. Have a wonderful day and a most magical vacation!
