I just made a reservation for my 12 year old. I put his name as the guest, but says photo ID is required. Do I keep the reservation under his name, or change it to mine? I'm not the builder, just observer.

Hello Rachel!  Welcome to planDisney, we're so glad you stopped by with your great question.

It sounds like you have an incredible adventure ahead of you during your visit to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland Park!  Whether you're assembling a custom astromech droid unit at the Droid Depot, or building your very own lightsaber at Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers, you're in for a very special experience!

I spoke with a Cast Member in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, and she let me know that you should put your name under the reservation since you will need to present a photo ID as well as a credit card to pay for the experience. Your son will still be able to be the builder, but the reservation should remain under your name.

After you have this incredible experience, you may be looking for a snack to tide you over until your next meal!  Ronto Roasters is one of my favorite places to grab a snack, I cannot say enough good things about the delicious Ronto Wrap!  It's big enough to share as a snack, or it could even be a meal for one person.  I'd round out this delicious wrap with a Blue Milk from the Milk Stand, and I would be one happy Batuuan!

Best of luck securing your reservation, Rachel!  If we can help with any other questions for your upcoming trip, please come back and ask!

    Have a magical day,
    Melissa
