I made my reservation for the wrong park. How can I switch?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Anne!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for sending us your Disneyland Resort question. It looks like your vacation will begin soon. I hope you’re getting excited to experience all the magic that awaits you at the Happiest Place on Earth!

You can make an adjustment to your theme park reservation online. Visit Disneyland.com, log into your Disney account, and click “Ticket and Reservation Details” under the “My Disneyland” tab. Select “View My Park Reservations” and then click “cancel” next to the reservation you need to change. Please keep in mind that you will have to completely cancel the reservation to make a new one, even though you just want to change the theme park you’re visiting. For that reason, I suggest that you check the availability for Disneyland Park reservations right before you attempt to cancel and re-book because cancellations are final. Once you have released the original reservation, be sure to book a new one immediately at the correct theme park.

I hope this answers your question, Anne, and that your Disneyland Resort vacation is a dream come true!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
