Tracey from MD Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I had made a reservation for 1/25 and wanted to cancel, I think I did so but wanted to make sure.

    Hi Tracey! Welcome to planDisney!

Gawrsh! Not so Magical having to cancel Walt Disney World Resort reservations. While I did ask Madame Leota exactly which kind of reservations you are referring to she was busy with wizards and witches! But have no fear of the dark, this happy haunt is here to help.

You can always check on your current reservations through the My Disney Experience App or by logging into your My Disney Experience account online. In the app, click on the three horizontal lines in the right-hand corner and select "Future Plans." Online, click on "My Plans" which will give you a host of options to select. Either way, you choose to check your plans, if still active, reservations should be linked to your account.

If you are still unsure, there is always the option of making a call to the reservations help center. You may choose to utilize the chat feature as well. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you.

As I see your original plans are for tomorrow, please do not delay in checking your status as some reservations may carry a penalty for late cancellations.

In the words of Madame Leota, hurry back, hurry back!
