Hi, Beysi! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
When
Walt Disney World Resort begins
welcoming Guests back to a world of magic, the theme parks will be operating at a reduced capacity level to allow for proper physical distancing. To gain entrance to one of the Walt Disney World theme parks, Guests will need a theme park reservation along with their valid admission. Theme park reservations can be made online using the new
Disney Park Pass system. On June 22, 2020, the Disney Park Pass system became available for Guests who have
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservations along with valid theme park admission.
I'm sorry to hear that you are having some difficulty booking theme park reservations for all of the Guests in your party. I would be happy to give you some advice on troubleshooting. First, make sure that all of the Guests in your party have their resort hotel reservation number and valid theme park admission linked to their
My Disney Experience profile. If you have separate resort hotel reservation numbers for the two separate rooms, you will need to make sure that the appropriate number is linked to each person in your group. If everyone is booked under one reservation number, you should check that the reservation is linked to each person in your travel party.
Once that is taken care of, as long as everyone in your group is listed in your My Disney Experience Family & Friends List, you should be able to make theme park reservations for everyone in your travel party. The Disney Park Pass system allows you to book park reservations for up to 12 Guests at a time, so you should be able to book for your party of six. If you are still having trouble making park reservations for your entire group, I would recommend calling the
Help Center. Any time I have ever had any type of tech issue with My Disney Experience, those helpful Cast Members were able to get things sorted out for me faster than you can say, "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"
I hope that you can get everything sorted out soon so that you can start looking forward to a great, big, beautiful tomorrow at Walt Disney World Resort! See ya real soon!
