Hi, I made a reservation on 11/16 for Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party at 8;40. But that day the park closes at 7:00, so how does that work? When I bought the tickets they didn't say it's necessary to buy tickets for Mickey's VM Christmas party

    Hi Ali,

I just spoke with a cast member and confirmed that in order to go to the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party on that evening you will need a ticket for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  Perhaps you can make reservations for a different evening; alternatively, they do accept some walk up guests on the nights of the Dessert Party.  You're not going at a particularly busy time of year, so you may have luck with that.  The other option, of course, is to purchase tickets for the Christmas Party.  It's an added expense, but I do think it's a great event.  The atmosphere will definitely get you in the holiday spirit, the character meet & greet opportunities are fantastic, and you'll be able to experience a lot of attractions without having to wait in line for long periods of time.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes.
