Welcome to planDisney, Paola,
I’m so sad you weren’t able to make it to the Disneyland Resort this time. Hopefully, moments of sadness like this can be turned "
Inside Out" into pure joy in the future.
Yes, it is possible to cancel the reservations for just one or a few of a larger set of
theme park tickets. Start in the “Future Plans” section of the
Disneyland app or on the Disneyland Resort website. Either beginning point will take you to the “
My Theme Park Reservations” page on the website. Use the “Cancel Reservation” link for the date you want to modify. Don’t worry, it’s a multi-step process. So it won’t cancel reservations for all of the Guests associated with that one confirmation number on that first step. On the next page, select the Guests for whom you would like to cancel. After that, a confirmation page will give you one last chance to verify the selection of Guests to cancel before finalizing the cancellation. When you are ready to again make future theme park reservations using the ticket that won’t be used for that visit, return to the
theme park reservations page to make a new selection.
Tony’s Tip: I live a long distance from the Disneyland Resort. So I can’t visit as often as I’d like. Whether it’s distance or illness that keeps us from The Happiest Place on Earth, we can still enjoy some Disney Parks magic at home. The
Play Disney Parks app includes many
activities that can be enjoyed anywhere, including Disney trivia, games, and more. When you do finally get a chance to return to the Disneyland Resort, take advantage of one of my favorite features of the Play Disney Parks app: complimentary access to the iconic Disneyland Resort
fortune teller machines, Esmeralda and Fortune Red.
I hope you and your family are all well soon, Paola. Thanks for stopping by planDisney. I hope to see you here again soon.
~Tony
