It is definitely less than magical to hear that you have to cancel your upcoming
Disneyland Resort vacation. But as our favorite little French Chef Remy said, change is nature. Sometimes, plans change, so let's chat about changing your pixie-dusted plans.
Since you booked a room at a Disneyland Resort Hotel and purchased theme park tickets, it sounds like you have a Vacation Package booked, and I'm more than happy to go over the
cancelation policy with you. Basically, your refund will depend on how last minute you have to cancel. If you have to cancel 30 days or more before your check-in date, Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries!" You will receive a full refund of all payments made (minus any non-refundable travel protection plan costs that you may have purchased). If you have to cancel 5 to 29 days prior to arrival, you will pay a cancelation fee of $200 (prices subject to change) plus any non-refundable protection plan costs. Cancelations made four days or less prior to arrival are, unfortunately, non-refundable.
If you would like to reschedule your magical adventure, I recommend trying to modify your reservation for a later date if you can. Log into your
My Disneyland account to see if your reservation is eligible for modification or
call a helpful Cast Member. Your plans may have changed, Stephanie, but I hope you can return to the magic another time. Then, we can just say "See ya real soon!"
