I made a reservation at Rose & Crown Pub & Dining Room Dinner so we can watch the fireworks. I did not buy park hopper pass, so if I go to magic kingdom all day, will I be able to go to dinner in Epcot?

    Hi Amanda,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, thank you for sending us another question!  Rose & Crown Dining Room is a great spot to enjoy IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, especially when you are able to enjoy  a fantastic pub style meal as well.

Unfortunately, guests must have a valid Theme Park Ticket to dine at one of the Dining Locations inside a Theme Park, so if you plan on visiting Magic Kingdom Park for the day, you will need to upgrade to the Park Hopper Option to enter Epcot for dinner.  Personally, I find the Park Hopper Option to be worthwhile, I like to spend most of my time in one Theme Park, but head over to another Theme Park for dinner and late night fun.  If you would like to upgrade your Theme Park Tickets you are able to do so at any Ticket Window, Guest Relations including Disney Springs or your Resort Hotel Lobby Concierge.

On the other hand, if you do not wish to purchase the Park Hopper Option, perhaps you could adjust your plans slightly in order to view IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth on the day you are visiting Epcot, or enjoy Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom Park.  This new fireworks showcase is truly incredible, with amazing fireworks, castle projections and of course a wonderful soundtrack.

I hope you have a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort, Amanda.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
