We made a reservation for 6:45pm at an Epcot eatery, hoping to stay there for Illuminations at 9pm. After the wait to sit (about an hour-ish?), how long are we able to sit at a Disney restaurant before being kicked out? Thank you!

    Hi there, Nicole!

I just want to be sure that I am understanding your question.  I think you are asking about staying at the restaurant through fireworks time.  Is that correct?  Let me offer my own suggestions for you.  First, you will not be asked to leave your table.  You are welcome to dine for as long as you like.  That said, I recommend that you dine at a slower pace.  If you finish dinner well before the time you want to leave, order something more.  Perhaps you'd like an after dinner drink or coffee and dessert?  I like to keep in mind that the longer I stay, the longer I am preventing my server from making money.  If you stay extra long, you might consider balancing that out with a larger gratuity.  These are my personal suggestions, Nicole, and certainly not a requirement.  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I wish you a truly magical vacation.
