    Hello I made a reservation over the phone for 5 nights at the port Orleans resort for April 2023 how do I get it to show on my account in my disney experience as when I put in the confirmation number in to link them nothing comes up on the main screen

    Welcome back to planDisney!  As the current UK Panelist, it really is so lovely for me to see you here once again.

    Oh, how fun to hEAR that you've booked a 5 night holiday at Walt Disney World Resort for April 2023!  I absolutely adore the beauty and elegance of the twin-Resorts of Disney's Port Orlean's Resort - Riverside and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter.  Not to mention, their close proximity to all the wonderful offerings at Disney Springs which is only a short ferryboat ride away.

    It sure sounds as if you've already been busy planning your jolly holiday by creating a My Disney Experience account, and then by trying to link your Disney Resorts Collection hotel booking.  Gareth, you also won't want to forget to include purchasing Magic Tickets, which will enable you to make those all-important Disney Park Pass reservations to make your magical stay complete.

    Gareth, it might be both helpful and reassuring to know that typically it can take up to 48 hours for a brand new holiday booking to populate within the Disney reservations system.  Plus, for further out dates such as yours, maybe even a little longer!

    My best advice would be for you to try again in a few days time to link your Disney Resorts Collection hotel booking confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account.  Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust all will be well and you'll have the joy of being able to view your magical reservation.

    If this is not the case, then I would suggest speaking in-person to a Cast Member who can take a peek at the current details held within your My Disney Experience account, and be in a position to advise further on your booking.  Prior to calling, you'll want to be sure to have your Disney Resorts Collection hotel confirmation booking number/email close to hand.
