Hi! I made a reservation for 4 people but two people are sick and cannot go anymore. Can I reschedule two peoples reservation? Or do I have to reschedule everyone’s?

Hi Jilian! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

I'm so sorry to hear that two members of your group aren't well and won't be able to visit as planned. We've had sickness with our little ones impact a trip and it's always so disappointing. Hopefully, they'll be feeling better and be able to reschedule as soon as possible to help take the sting out of a missed trip.

The good news is that you can reschedule the two theme park reservations without needing to do so for the entire group. Park reservation modifications are subject to the availability of reservations, but each ticket's theme park reservation can be modified individually. I can walk you through how to do this.

Navigate to My Theme Park Reservations and select "Modify Reservation." Since only two of your party need to reschedule, select those two members rather than "Select All." Choose the new date among the available dates on the park reservations calendar and choose the park they'd prefer. Once you have reviewed the modifications, click "Continue."

It's that easy! After you're finished, you should receive an e-mail confirmation with the new theme park reservations.

I hope that helps! Have a magical day.
