I made a reservation for you parks in California, but never received my e tickets.

Hey there, Janice! Thanks for swinging by planDisney with your question. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble finding your tickets – let’s see if we can figure this out together.

If you purchased tickets as part of a vacation package, the tickets typically appear in your Disneyland account or Disneyland mobile app four days prior to your arrival. But you can make park reservations up to 120 days in advance. When I purchase a vacation package through Costco Travel for example, provided I’m within 120 days of arrival, I immediately make my park reservations as soon as I book my package, which is possible even without having the tickets in hand. Just follow the instructions in the confirmation email on linking the package and making reservations.

If you purchased tickets through the Disneyland website, you’ll be able to see your park reservations on the website, even though you can’t “see” your tickets per se. To have a reservation you must have a ticket, so you can assume if you have a reservation, you have a ticket too! Log in to the Disneyland account you used to purchase the tickets, and go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations. You should see your reservation listed on that page. You can assume if the reservation is there, there is a ticket linked to it.

You can also see your tickets and reservations within the Disneyland mobile app. Go to Tickets and Passes, and you should see your tickets there. (If you purchased the tickets through a vacation package, as mentioned earlier, you won’t receive the tickets until four days before your arrival.) You can also see your reservations under Future Plans.

I know this might sound a bit confusing, but I wanted to give you different options on how to locate your tickets. If you are still experiencing issues, you could contact a friendly Cast Member at Ticket Services for more help. Or, if you purchased a vacation package through a third party, contact the customer service team there.

The most important part is that you have park reservations for the day you want to visit. Excellent work in planning ahead!

    The magic awaits,
