I’ve made a reservation package online couple weeks ago. On my confirmation email it said that travel documents will be mailed to me. When should I expect them?

    Hey there, Julianne!

Thanks for visiting planDisney, where your planDisney Panelist friends look forward to sharing our Disney vacation tips with you to help you make your Disney destination travels all the more magical!

I'm super excited for you that you booked your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package. I can imagine you're already counting down the days until you see Mickey himself wave and say "Hiya Pal!"

In the past, the types of travel documents you mention could have varied depending on the type of vacation package. Travel documents could have included a small booklet to showcase vacation experiences and attractions and also could have included some Magical Extras. While these types of personalized booklets are no longer mailed out, I'm happy to share that you can pick up your Magical Extras Card at your Resort's Front Desk. These Magical Extras offer you a range of fun options for experiences like Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf as well as plentiful shopping and dining discounts.

If you have questions about your vacation package or are looking for some additional details about your travel booking, you can reach out directly to the Walt Disney Travel Company at (407) 939-7675 for help with your questions.

Julianne, now that you have booked your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, there are a few tips I'd like to share with you. First, you'll want to be sure that your theme park tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account. You can check this out by looking at the My Plans area of your My Disney Experience  and looking at the Tickets and Memory Maker tab where your tickets should be displayed. Next, you'll want to make your theme park reservations as soon as possible using the Disney Park Pass system.

There is so much to see, do, and enjoy at Walt Disney World Resort, so be sure to check out the Tickets & Visit Guide to get familiar with the attractions and experiences that you can add to your plans. Speaking of plans, be sure to follow planDisney on social media to stay up-to-date with new tips and insights.

Julianne, as you make your plans for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, feel free to come back and ask the planDisney Panel for suggestions and recommendations to make your stay magical. We're here for you and happy to help!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
