    Made reservation, but old magic bands show up instead of the new bands. Are you still able to get the new magic bands? #

    Hi Julie,

    I'm sorry for any confusion about what style of MagicBand you will receive for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. Though the original style is still pictured on the My Disney Experience site, it is my understanding that all guests have been receiving the MagicBand 2.0 design with the removable disc in the center. I've gotten two MagicBand shipments since the beginning of 2017, and both were the new design. So I'm confident that when you customize your MagicBands for your upcoming vacation, you will receive the new design.

    For the record, any active MagicBands with the original design are still valid for use. Even though I have two in the new design, I wore my older yellow one during the Enchanted 10K during Princess Half Marathon weekend because it matched my Belle costume.
