Hello, Debbie!
I’m glad you stopped by
planDisney with a question about Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets. Hooray-- it looks like your pixie-dusted vacation is about to begin!
If you purchased your tickets directly from the Walt Disney Travel Company or on
Disneyland.com, you should have received an email shortly after completing the transaction that includes details about your theme park ticket order and a confirmation number. Keep in mind that purchasing tickets is the first step, but you still need to secure a
theme park reservation as well in order to enter the parks. If you successfully made a theme park reservation while purchasing your tickets online, the confirmation email would have also contained a QR code for each person in your party. Try searching for the words “Disneyland Confirmation” within your email inbox, and be sure to check your spam folder just in case it was automatically filtered there.
If you’re still unable to locate your ticket details but believe that your credit card was charged, please call the
Disneyland Resort's ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak directly to a Cast Member who can assist you further. I hope this advice helps you find the information you need, Debbie, and that your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is a dream come true!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
