I made a reservation for myself and my family at a disneyland hotel andcgot tickets. Howevet, at the time I was unable to make a park reservation. I was told, not until after Dec. 10. Now I find all of my days are "unavailable". What do I do?

Hi there, Linda! Welcome to planDisney. I’m so glad you stopped by for advice as you plan your vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth.

Park reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance. When I open the reservation calendar, I currently see reservations available to be booked through April 13. If your arrival date is April 15, you should log in on December 16, which is exactly 120 days prior to arrival. You will log in to your Disneyland account, go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, Make Park Reservations, and select your dates.

I am so happy to hear you selected Disneyland Hotel for your stay. You will love the magical feeling of being at the original, iconic Disney hotel. The lobby is lined with black and white photographs and historical artifacts telling the story of Walt’s dream for the Disneyland Resort. Can you imagine that prior to 1955 it was just an orange grove? Hard to believe!

Linda, I want to mention that 60 days prior you can start making dining reservations. Some of my favorites include Blue Bayou Restaurant, Carnation Café, Lamplight Lounge, Wine Country Trattoria, Goofy’s Kitchen and GCH Craftsman Bar. Exactly 60 days prior, check at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time and hopefully you can secure a few reservations. If you can’t secure something in advance, no worries, you can still check closer to your arrival date as Guests may cancel dining reservations, or you can ask to join the walk-up list once you arrive at the restaurant.

Wishing you a magical and wondrous vacation, Linda! Come back and see us again if you have any more planning questions.
