Hi Shawna,
Welcome to planDisney! This is a park hopping dilemma!
Your question is an important one - there is a possibility that a park could be at capacity and
park hopping may not be allowed. Having said that, EPCOT is pretty expansive, so it is likely that you will be able to park hop there during your visit. Magic Kingdom could be a problem, however, so I would be more cautious with trying to park hop there. Having said that, when I visited a few weeks ago, we were able to park hop without a problem. Just be sure to have the
My Disney Experience Mobile App downloaded so that you can receive push notifications if park hopping is unavailable.
As you continue to make plans, I do hope you have reviewed the updates to
dining and
theme park experiences. Hopefully your plans include
advanced dining reservations. We were thrilled to learn that our favorite restaurant, 'Ohana, is reopening on July 9th. So, we made reservations for our upcoming trip. We also adore The Crystal Palace, Yak & Yeti, Sanaa, and California Grill. If you prefer to dine on the go, remember to use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. And, check
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability.
Remember to download the My Disney Experience Mobile App so that you will have access to all of the digital tools. I loved being able to use
Disney MagicMobile service on my last visit. Although I will always love
MagicBands, having Disney MagicMobile service is a great option if you do not have MagicBands or forget yours at the resort hotel (can you tell this has happened to me?).
Shawna, keep planning! You will soon be in a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
