Hello, Darling,
I’m so sorry to hear that some members of your party won’t be able to make it to the Disneyland Resort with you this time. I hope you are all able to connect again and find another opportunity to visit The Happiest Place on Earth!
Although Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets are non-refundable, it is still possible to use a ticket after canceling a
theme park reservation that is linked to it. Canceling a reservation can be done from the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page of the Disneyland Resort website. Click the “Cancel Reservation” link to advance through that process. Don’t worry if you have more than just those two tickets included on the same park reservation. You will be prompted to select only the tickets that need to have their reservations canceled at this time. All other tickets with existing park reservations will still be good to go for your visit on the 18th!
When you are ready to return to the Disneyland Resort again using the unused tickets, you may return to the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page to book a new reservation for another available date that is suitable for your party. Be mindful of the ticket expiration date. You can find the expiration date in your original ticket confirmation email.
Tony’s Tip: If for some reason you are unable to use the tickets before they expire,
hakuna matata! It means “no worries.” In most cases, you may use the amount paid for a wholly unused theme park ticket
toward the cost of a new ticket of equal or greater value. Be sure to hang on to your purchase confirmation information for such situations.
Darling, I understand it isn’t working out for your whole party to enjoy a visit to the Disneyland Resort this time. But I’m wishing on a star that all of you will get to enjoy the magic of Walt Disney's Original Magic Kingdom before long.
See ya real soon!
~Tony
