    I made the reservation through the internet, in the The buena vista Palace hotel, the site said that all the hotels in disney, and specificly this one, include free transportation. But when I made the payment, it charged extra, do I have to pay extra?

    Hi Maria!

    I recommend calling the hotel directly and speaking to their staff.  That hotel is on Walt Disney World property, but it is an independent hotel and not a Disney owned and operated hotel.  All of the hotels in Downtown Disney are like that.  All of the hotels in Downtown Disney do offer free shuttle service to the theme parks, but it is not Disney transportation and it doesn't run as often as Disney transportation does to Disney owned hotels.  Also, guests at that hotel do not have Extra Magic Hours in the theme parks.

    That said, my family and I have stayed in Downtown Disney many times.  We've always enjoyed staying there and have probably stayed there as often as we have stayed in a Disney owned and operated hotel.
