Hi there, Jaime!
Welcome to planDisney. I'm so glad you were able to secure your
Heroes Ticket—thank you for your service during the California wildfires this year. I can see that you are planning to be in the parks tomorrow, so let's jump right into your question.
It sounds like you have already linked your Heroes Ticket to your account and made an initial
theme park reservation that you'd like to change. I hope I have that right! I'm glad you've stopped by because I do recommend changing the reservation ahead of time to ensure availability. While the ticket gains you access to the park, your reservation holds your spot in a particular park on a specific day. Each ticket, including the Heroes Tickets, has its own pool of reservations, which are limited and subject to availability. While the Heroes Tickets are good for use Mondays through Thursdays until August 7th, 2025, you may try to go on a day where there are no longer reservations available.
To make changes to a theme park reservation, head into the
Disneyland app, tap the "+" in the bottom navigation bar, and select "Make a Park Reservation". On the next screen, tap the button to "Make or Modify Park Reservations" to select the tickets and reservations you'd like to change. The calendar will appear, and you will be able to see which dates still have available reservations for Guests holding Heroes Tickets. Follow the instructions from there, and you will hopefully be good to go! With your Park Hopper ticket, you will be asked to select a park, either Disneyland or California Adventure, where you will begin your day. After 11:00 AM, you will be able to hop between the two as much as you'd like until park closing.
Jaime, I hope this has been helpful and we've paved the way to a smooth arrival at the parks this week. It is such an exciting time to be visiting with the 70th Anniversary festivities in full swing! I highly recommend taking a look at the
Entertainment Schedule on your way into the parks to earmark some must-see daytime and evening experiences. For me, the
Paint the Night Parade is a must-see! Generally, Paint the Night strolls down Main Street twice each night. The first will start by "it's a small world" and end at the front of the park after passing by the train station. The second will do the reverse route. I like to catch the parade by "it's a small world" where there tends to be a bit more room. If you time it just right, you can also see the new
Tapestry of Happiness projection show while you wait!
I'm wishing you a magical visit! If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at
planDisney.
See ya real soon!
Tara
