make dining reservations is always the most exciting day during the planning process. Being able to snag a lunch reservation at
Be Our Guest Restaurant can be difficult to get since this location is highly sought after. The ambiance and quality of food are up there will any of the top restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort. You’re going to have an amazing experience.
Be Our Guest Restaurant has three spectacular rooms to dine in during your meal. As you mentioned, The West Wing is a favorite among Guests for its dim lighting and mysterious décor. You may even get a glimpse of the enchanted rose in this room! The other two dining areas are not too shabby either. I’ve eaten in The Grand Ballroom before and it's magnificent in its stature and elegance. The Castle Gallery is modeled after Belle’s private library and is great for small children with the larger-than-life statues of Belle and the Beast dancing. You will not be disappointed with any room that you are seated in.
On the day of your dining reservation, you’ll have the opportunity to check in via your
My Disney Experience App on your mobile device. During this process, there may be an option to choose which dining room you prefer to be seated in for your meal. If not, I would suggest making your way to the front of the restaurant and speaking with the Cast Member to inform them of your request. Typically, they will consider this when seating your table, but this will not be guaranteed. Be Our Guest Restaurant is one of the busiest dining locations at the
Magic Kingdom, so it is difficult to grant every seating request from each Guest. I do know they will do everything they can to accommodate you on this request!
I had the pleasure of dining at
Tony’s Town Square Restaurant in February and this location has tables on the patio overlooking Main Street, U.S.A. There was not an option to request this seating while checking in on the app, so we kindly spoke with the Cast Member at the front for assistance. We ended up having to wait a few extra minutes, but they were able to accommodate our seating preference.
