It sounds like Kylo and the Knights of Ren have interfered with your droid-building session. They’ve been trying to halt sessions at
Droid Depot because of the Jedi plans to overtake the First Order! Thank you for reporting this disturbance in the Force! Let’s see what we can do to locate your reservation and put a stop to the Dark Side!
If your reservation to Droid Depot is not showing up on the “My Plans” page of your
Walt Disney World account online, or on your
My Disney Experience Mobile App, I’m wondering if the reservation has been lost to the galaxy far, far away. If you do have the email confirmation and it is still not showing up, I’d highly suggest calling (407) 939-4357 to speak with a Cast Member about linking your reservation to your account properly.
If you find that you did not receive an email for your Droid Depot reservation and it is not showing up online or on the app, the Jedi High Council recommends making a new reservation, as the Sith may have snatched your old one!
