Greetings, Jacqueline! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. Just a few more sleeps until you arrive at the Happiest Place on Earth! I am so excited for you.
Jacqueline, you are correct that
Mouseketeers under age 3 do not require a ticket nor a theme park reservation.
There are so many fun things you’ll be able to do with your son! Most of the
attractions have no height requirement – you’ll be able to experience so much magic together. When my daughter was two, one of her favorite attractions was
Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters. My little space ranger loved using the laser to fight the Evil Emperor Zurg! Another must-do for us was
Dumbo the Flying Elephant (sometimes multiple times during the day!)
I’m not sure if your son is already toilet-trained or still in training, but the
Baby Care Centers are a hidden gem for parents that not everyone knows about. You’ll have complimentary access to the centers in case you want to try the toddler-size toilets and changing rooms. The centers were extremely clean, the Cast Members were so helpful, and it was such a welcome part of my day to regroup. I used the Baby Care Centers quite often with my toddlers!
If this is by chance your son’s first time at
Disneyland Resort, make sure to pick up a complimentary “1st Visit” button for him at any Disney gift shop! They also have “I’m Celebrating” buttons where you can write in the occasion you are there for. Often just being there together as a family IS our reason for celebration.
Jacqueline, enjoy your visit to infinity and beyond! The magic awaits!
