I just made a reservation for DD age 10 at Harmony BBS on 12/16. The CM I spoke to said he never heard of them doing updos//gel/pixie dust for girls--only haricuts. But I read on here that they do. Has this changed? Can she get an updo or just glitter/gel

    Hi there Polly,

In my opinion, no trip to the Magic Kingdom is complete without a visit to the famous, and historical Harmony Barber Shop.  Harmony Barbershop is not a full service salon, and is more of a novelty.  The real magic lies in the visit itself because of the history and nostalgia of the building, the furniture, and even the staff.

My daughter has visited Harmony several times and each time, we've left with a 'do that's filled with Mickey confetti, colored gels and pixie dust.  They won't actually style her hair, per se, but they will certainly give her an unforgettable coiffure!

If you are looking for a more detailed up do, you may want to check out Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.  While lots of fun and  very magical, Harmony Barbershop definitely offers a more basic service but also takes much less time out of your day!  You'll be in and out in a snap!

    Best Wishes,
