    We have made a reservation for breakfast at Tusker House for 8:30 am. The park is scheduled to open for extra magic hours at 8, and regular hours at 9. We are staying off property, will we be able to enter the park for our reservation?

    Early dining reservations are the best and you chose one of my favorite breakfast locations!  Tusker House Restaurant in Disney's Animal Kingdom has fantastic character interaction and their safari outfits are the cutest.  Not to mention the food is delicious and there is such a wide variety of offerings to fill your belly.  

    Since you have a dining reservation, you do not need to be a Walt Disney World Resort hotel guest.  There is a designated area for you to check in before you enter the ticket gates and a Cast Member will direct you where to go.  Since it is Extra Magic Hours that morning, it will be a little more crowded, so I suggest leaving a bit earlier than you had originally planned.  Plus, it's nice to saunter through Animal Kingdom on the way to Africa.
