I just made a reservation at BOMA in Animal Kingdom on Feb 18th. We will be vacationing with my 3 children ages 8,6 and 3 (we're celebrating his birthday on this trip.) I heard great things about this restaurant. How are the kid food options here?

Hi Dana, Great choice! Boma, located in the Animal Kingdom Lodge, is one of our family's favorite restaurants at Disney World! In fact, when I individually "polled" 4 of my kids (ages 5, 7 ,9 ,& 14) last night, asking for their top 3 "must do" restaurants on our next trip...they all said Boma first. It's been their top choice for 3 years in a row. Not only is the food amazing, the fact that you can see the animals on the Savanna before and after dinner is really special.

Boma has a fantastic dinner buffet, with an entree section, as well wonderful fresh fruit, salad and dessert bars. The kids buffet section is great also. There's usually options such as mac and cheese, chicken tenders and fries, pasta with sauce, meatballs, etc. In addition, the kids can choose off the main buffet as well. There are a lot of great choices for desserts, be sure you try a "Zebra Dome". Yum!

Happy 3rd Birthday to your son!

Enjoy your meal and have a Magical vacation!
