    I made a reservation for the bibbidi boppidi boutique and got a email confirmation. However I’m not seeing the reservation show up on my account in the Disneyland app. Do BBB reservations normally show up in the app under “future plans?”

    Welcome, Meghan! We are so happy you found your way to our corner of the magic here at planDisney. 

    Fairy Godmother's Apprentices have been buzzing with excitement getting ready for the grand re-opening of the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! I'm so happy to hear you've secured your little one an appointment and received a royal confirmation via email. I recently made an appointment as well for my little princess, so let's open up the Disneyland Mobile App together and see what we can reveal. When I tap the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Future Plans", I do see our Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation listed under the date of the reservation. I also see it if I tap the "+" in the bottom navigation bar and select "View My Genie Day and Tip Board". If I toggle to the "My Day" tab and "Change Day" to the date of my reservation, it is listed in my plans under "Enchanting Extra". I'm going to pick up my magic wand here and see if there's a way we can sprinkle some pixie dust to make your reservation appear!

    The good news is that you have your email confirmation, so that reservation is yours! It may be a case of a temporary tech glitch, but we can try some quick-fix troubleshooting. A few things to try include: closing out of the Disneyland Mobile App and reopening it, turning your device off and on (yes, this old-fashioned tech fix can work here as well!), or even deleting the app and reinstalling it. If you are still not seeing it, I recommend double checking that you are logged into the app under the same account used to book the reservation, and if all else fails, it's time to call in the Fairy Godmothers and Godfathers of Guest Services. If you give them a call, they will be happy to assist you! 

    Hopefully, that appointment is now showing up in the app! I like to take a look at the available package options ahead of time so I know exactly which glass slipper might fit best. There are lots to choose from to fit many budgets, styles, and preferences. As a Mom, I like to mentally know where we should fall ahead of my daughter being handed the full menu. This helps me to steer her to something that is incredibly magical but also makes the most sense for our family. Don't forget that if you have added Genie+ to your tickets that day, you will also get access to all the Disney PhotoPass photos you capture! You might want to take this into account and plan for some photo time in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle just after your appointment! 

    Meghan, there is nothing like seeing your Mouseketeer transform into their favorite prince or princess for the day. After our first visit to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, my daughter walked around the entire park like royalty, as if she had just stepped out of her own fairytale. It was pure magic and something I will never forget.
