Michelle from AZ Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We made a reservation for the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Does the family member who made the reservation have to be present or is it ok for the family member whose credit card was used to be present?

Hi there, Michelle! Welcome to planDisney. We love being magic makers and helping Guests find a little extra pixie dust in their Disneyland Resort vacations. Royal transformations happen to be my specialty!

I love to hear that you have already secured an appointment with one of Fairy Godmother's Apprentices. The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a popular spot for princesses and princes alike! I have some good news for you. No matter which coachman or coachwoman is accompanying the recipient of the royal makeover, they will just need to have the reservation confirmation number handy to check in to the appointment. This number can easily be found in the Disneyland Mobile App of the Guest who made the original reservation. Simply have them open the app and head to "Future Plans" from the hamburger menu in the bottom right-hand corner. Here, you will see any upcoming theme park reservations, dining plans, and appointments for Enchanting Extras like the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Tap into the reservation and it will reveal this confirmation number. Take that with you, and you should be good to go!

I love to recommend taking a look through the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique packages ahead of time. There are options for every style and budget, and I'm here to tell you each experience is as magical as the last. We have done the head-to-toe Castle Package complete with a princess dress and full make-over as well as the simpler Carriage Package where we arrived in a dress from home and were treated to a new hairstyle, make-up, and some extra special touches! My daughter loved both experiences equally and walked out feeling every bit the princess. Taking a look ahead of time can help manage expectations for Guests of all ages! I also like to get my Mouseketeer thinking about which shoes she'd like to step into before our park visit. It opens up the imagination and makes day-of decisions a bit more seamless. Whether they plan to be the Belle of the ball or dive under the sea with Ariel or be brave like Merida, this special experience will make some magical memories!

Michelle, I hope you found this helpful! You are going to love being in the parks during the holidays. Be sure to take a few moments to slow down and let the merry magic find you! If you have any more questions about your planning, you know where to find us here at planDisney!

    Be merry,
    Tara
