I made a reservation for August of 2018 at Walt Disney World but at the time a flight for my days were not available, it was to far ahead. Is there a way to book my flight through Disney or do I have to book it separately?

Hello Kristina! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

One of my favorite elements of planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is how all of the individual elements can be handled at once. Unless you book so early that flights are unavailable, that is.

With your Walt Disney World Resort Reservations already booked, the only way to add a flight to an existing reservation would be to contact a Cast member at (407)939-1936. If there is a way to add a flight directly, the Cast Member will assist you.

If they cannot add it for whatever reason, the Cast Member will be able to check to see if they can re-book your Walt Disney World Resort Reservations anew with all of the same information you initially provided while adding the flight as well. The reason I recommend this path is that the Cast member will ensure that they can obtain the new Reservations with the added flight for the same (or better depending on any newer Special Offers that may have been released) before canceling your old Walt Disney World Resort Reservations.

There is currently not a way to add a flight to your Walt Disney World Reservations in My Disney Experience after the Reservation has been booked.

You could also arrange your own flight through a third-party vendor and keep your current Walt Disney World Resort Reservations, if you prefer.

    Good luck!
