    Hi. I made a reservation at Art of Animation. One of our guests will arrive earlier than the rest of our party, but after the normal check-in time. Will she be able to get access to the room before I arrive? I did online check-in

    Hi Vivian! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Yay! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation starts TODAY! I know how busy a travel day can be, but also how exciting it is. You will be arriving at Disney's Art of Animation Resort very soon!

    You will be happy to know that as long as your Guest is listed on the hotel reservation, she will be able to check into the room before the entire party is present. I have done this a few times on trips with friends and family where I was the main contact for the reservation, but they were able to check in before I arrived.

    If your Guest has her MagicBand already, she may be able to skip the Front Desk altogether and head straight to your room! Since you completed Online Check-In, you may get a text message and/or email with your room number in it when the room is ready. Simply forward that information to your Guest and she can go to the room and unlock it with her MagicBand. It is very convenient!
