I made a reservation for Animal Kingdom on July 9th but unfortunately due to other reason will not be able to go. I have tried calling many times but haven’t been able to get anyone to help me. How can I cancel my reservation online?

    Hello Lillian,

Thank you for coming to see us at planDisney. I'm sorry to hear that you won't be able to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park as you had planned. The great news is that Mickey and his friends will be looking forward to welcoming you back when you do visit.

The theme park reservations that you make with the Disney Park Pass system are available to view in the "My Plans'' area of your My Disney Experience account. Simply sign in to your My Disney Experience account and click on the "My Plans" menu item. You will see a page that likely says "Lillian's Plans and Tickets" (depending on your profile name, your page name might be different).

You should see a "Daily Itinerary" tab that displays your Disney Park Pass for Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. You should also see a "View Details" button. When you click on the "View Details" button, you should see an option to cancel the reservation. You'll be prompted to select the person for whom you wish to cancel the reservation, and you can cancel the reservation. And that's it!

You can also cancel a theme park reservation using the My Disney Experience mobile app and the "My Plans" feature.

When it comes time to plan your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, you can use the Disney Park Pass system to make new reservations. Mickey and all his pals will be so excited to see you again!

Lillian, here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
