I made a reservation at the All-Star Disney Resort for 5 days and 4 nights, but I would like to add one guest for only 2 days and 1 night. Is this possible? And can you tell me exactly what the additional fee is?

Hi Giyoon, and welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for sending your question to us as you prepare for your Walt Disney World adventure next week. I hope you enjoy staying in Disney's All-Star Resorts family of hotels. They're a fantastic, budget-friendly way to experience the magic of the Disney Resorts Collection. You'll love the clean and modern look of the recently refurbished rooms. Let's talk about adding a guest for one night of your trip.

Giyoon, you are welcome to add someone to your resort reservation for just one night as long as you do not exceed the room's maximum capacity (for standard rooms, this is 4, and for family suites at Disney's All-Star Music Resort, it is 6). Currently, the charge for an additional adult (after the first two) is $15 per night plus tax. Visit the front desk of your resort upon check-in to let a Cast Member know who will be joining you and when they will arrive and check out. The only problem you might run into is if you booked a vacation package that bundles theme park tickets and your hotel room. In this case, you may only be permitted to add the guest by adding them to the entire package. If you booked a room-only reservation, you can absolutely add your friend for a single night.

I hope everything works out for you. As a guest of a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection, your guest is eligible for onsite perks like Early Theme Park Entry and pre-park opening Individual Lightning Lane purchases on the day they arrive and check out of your hotel. My family of early risers loves to take advantage of extra morning time in the theme parks. Your hotel is located just down the road from Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and this is an especially great park to visit early in the day. Thanks again for stopping by planDisney with your question, and we'll see ya real soon!

    Wishing you magic and memories,
    Betsy
