Hi Elia,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! How exciting, you’ll be at the Walt Disney World Resort just in time for Christmas! Disney Parks Blog recently posted about
Halfway to the Holidays and it got me so excited for the season!
For your
tickets, anyone 10 years of age and up are considered “adults”. Ages three – nine, are considered children. Once you determine if there needs to be a ticket change, reach out to the
Existing Tickets desk. If the ticket needs to be changed from an adult to child’s ticket, they will point you in the right direction.
Now, if you don’t already have your
Disney Park Pass reservations linked to your tickets, you can adjust the spelling on your own within the
My Disney Experience mobile app! You’ll just go to that person’s name within the Family & Friends List, select their name, and select “Remove from My List”. That will delete their name and then you can re-add their name by selecting “Add a Guest” at the bottom of your Family & Friends List.
If you do already have Disney Park Pass reservations, it’d be best to call the help desk I mentioned above so they can help with the name change process and make sure you keep your current Disney Park Pass reservations.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare to have the merriest celebration later this year. If you have any other planning or vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
