Hello I made a purchase of two tickets but we couldn't go because of covid, I want to be able to link those tickets with my disney account because they do not charge me

    Hi Adrian,

It sounds like there's a great, big, beautiful tomorrow shining at the end of your day as you look ahead to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

You can use the features on the Walt Disney World Resort website to link your theme park tickets to your Disney account. To start, you can visit your "Let's Link Your Reservations and Purchases" page in your Disney account. You'll see a prompt asking you "What would you like to link?" and an option to choose to link your tickets. You'll then see a page where you can enter the ticket ID number to link your tickets to your Disney account.

Once your ticket are linked to your Disney account, you can view your "My Plans" area and select the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab. This is the area where your linked theme park tickets will display.

If you need some additional assistance with linking your theme park tickets, you can reach out to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk by calling them at (407) 939-4357. You can also chat with Cast Members using the online chat service.

Adrian, you'll want to be sure to use the Disney Park Pass system to make your theme park reservations to visit the theme parks. You might want to first check out the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see when reservations are available for the dates you'd like to visit.

There's so much magic awaiting you when you visit the Walt Disney World Resort, Adrian. If you're looking for recommendations as you make your vacation plans, do come back and ask for suggestions here at planDisney.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
