    I made a purchase of tickets when COVID hit. I was told refunds would be made when I booked my next trip. How will that be applied to my trip balance?

    I'm sorry you had to cancel your vacation. I had to cancel one as well early in 2021, but we rescheduled and had such a magical time. I think we all appreciate the little things now more than ever! 

    When you have your new travel dates, call a friendly Cast Member at (407)934-7639. Have your email associated with your My Disney Experience account available. The Cast Member will look up your previously purchased tickets and assign them to your new travel dates. Please be aware that you will need to pay any difference in price so have your credit card handy. (For example - I moved my tickets to a very busy holiday week, so ticket prices were higher.)

    While speaking to your Cast Member, you might want to inquire about Disney Genie+, the new service that gives you access to Lightning Lane. With Genie+, you select your attraction, arrival time, then you can zip through the lines like magic! 

    I cannot wait for you to have your vacation planned. You are in for a real treat with Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration! Enjoy!
