Hello, Juan! Welcome to planDisney! We're a group of Disney fans just like you who love to help other Guests plan magical vacations to the Walt Disney World Resort. Since you're going to visit in just a few days, let's get to it!
I think the reason you're not seeing your reservation in your
My Disney Experience account even though you bought tickets is because making the reservation is an extra step you complete
after your purchase. When you
buy a ticket for the Walt Disney World theme parks, you're not buying a ticket for a specific park. You actually choose your park by hopping over to the
Disney Park Pass reservation page, selecting your date and theme park, and then confirming your selection. After doing that, your theme park reservation will appear in your account.
Juan, as I'm looking at the
Availability Calendar right now, it looks like there aren't any more reservations available in the theme parks on your date. But don't fret! Keep an eye on that calendar, because you never know when other Guests' plans might change and open up spots for you and your party. If you're just not able to find any openings, you can try to change the date of your tickets and visit another day. I'd
call Disney's Guest Relations and ask a Cast Member to talk through your options with you.
I have my fingers crossed that you're able to make a Disney Park Pass reservation for your date, Juan! In the meantime, there's lots of fun to be had outside the theme parks, too! You can shop and dine at
Disney Springs, try a round of
mini golf, or splash the day away at a
water park. However you spend your Disney day, I wish you faith, trust, and pixie dust!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
