I just made a purchase for 2 days at the Disney park but I want to cancel it, is that possible?

    Hi there, Michelle!

Welcome to planDisney! I totally know what it's like when plans change, especially those for visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, so I'm more than happy to help you with your question.

At the moment, Walt Disney World Resort policy is that theme park tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. This means you will not be able to get a refund on your purchased tickets.

But I do have good news: You can modify the date or the selected theme park for unused theme park tickets. If the ticket has not expired, you can either make this change on your own via your My Disney Experience account or call Guest Relations. Remember, when the change is made, you may have to pay the difference between the cost of your new and old selected dates. This is because the cost of theme park tickets is dependent on dates and seasons.

I hope that this helps, Michelle. And just because your trip may be postponed, the magic will call you, and you'll be at Walt Disney World Resort before you know it! Please revisit us here at planDisney if you have any further questions.

    Magic always,
