Made pre-park opening ADR at H and V 2/22. Son is autistic so I did this to avoid the rope drop chaos & be early enough to secure boarding group for rise resistance. Time changed making it after park open. What time can we be let in to go to H&V?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kracinda! Are you so excited that your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is coming up this week? I'm so glad that we get to answer this question for you before you take off for your vacation.

I definitely understand what it's like when you think you've planned everything perfectly and then there's a change that makes you question what you should do. With the extreme popularity of Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, the brand new attraction at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Disney's Hollywood Studios has been opening a little earlier to give more guests the opportunity to ride it and, as you said, that change has turned your breakfast reservation for before the Theme Park opens into one that happens after rope drop. In the morning, guests are being allowed to enter the Theme Park and filter onto Hollywood Boulevard around 30 minutes before the official opening time so I suggest that you try to arrive around then. It will likely be a little busy in the morning as guests are arriving quite early to try and successfully join a boarding group, but once you enter the Theme Park you'll have lots of space to move around, and I recommend heading up Hollywood Boulevard and to the left in the direction of Hollywood & Vine. You'll be able to join a boarding group using the My Disney Experience app as soon as Disney's Hollywood Studios opens, which is 8 a.m. on the day you're visiting, and check-in for your meal shortly after with plenty of time to spare. If you have any questions or concerns about making it to your dining reservation on time if it's very close to the time the Theme Park opens, ask a Cast Member when you arrive and they'll be able to help you decide the best way to get there.

    Have a magical day, Kracinda!
