    I made a passholder preview reservation for Remys on 9/24 but I don't see it in my plans. How can I confirm?

    Thank you for visiting planDisney. From one excited Walt Disney World Resort Florida annual passholder to another, welcome!

    Melissa, I also made a Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure passholder preview reservation — yay for us! Unfortunately, you cannot confirm your passholder preview status in the My Plans section of your My Disney Experience account. However, when you made your reservation, you should have received a confirmation e-mail. The confirmation e-mail came from special.event@disney.com.

    If you didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail, but received a confirmation screen upon completion of your passholder preview request form, it’s okay!

    I received my event reminder e-mail yesterday, exactly 5 days before my preview. You should receive a reminder e-mail on or around September 19.
