Hello, Jackie!
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with an excellent planning question. All Guests who are planning to visit a Disney Theme Park must have a valid admission ticket and a
Disney Park Pass Reservation for each day they plan to visit a park.
Guests’ plans change all the time and as your plans change, you may need to modify your current Park Pass reservations. I would be happy to walk you through the process of making the change as easy as possible.
I recommend that you check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar first, to make sure your desired park has availability before you cancel your current reservations. Once you cancel a reservation, it immediately becomes available for other Guests.
Begin by signing into
My Disney Experience and clicking on the
My Plans tab. Scroll down to the day of the reservation you want to change and click
View Details. Select
Cancel Reservation and follow the prompts to cancel the reservation by selecting all the members of your party. Once the cancellation is complete, you will be able to make a new Park Pass reservation for all the members of your travel party. Repeat this as necessary for any other dates you would like to change in your plans. I recommend making your change as soon as possible, while all 4 parks still have availability.
I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions please come back and ask me. I am always here to help.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
