Welcome to planDisney, Christopher!
As one of the military moms here on the panel, I would like to thank you for your service to our country. We’re eagerly awaiting my husband’s return home from his deployment, and can’t wait to be soaking up some magic together at the Walt Disney World Resort!
We military families sure do understand that plans change. I have rescheduled so many vacations due to last minute changes in plans, and it’s always worked out in the end. I’m sorry to hear your vacation next week won’t work out, but Mickey will be waiting for you when the time is right.
If you’ve purchased
2021 Military Promotional Theme Park Tickets, the expiration date should be December 17, 2021 (you can double check those dates in the
Offer Details). To confirm, I recommend taking a look at the tickets in your
My Disney Experience account. Simply log in to the app, tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right, and then “Tickets and Passes.” On that screen, you should see the two tickets that you linked for next week. Below the ticket details, you’ll see the expiration date. If you can’t find that information, I recommend
calling the Existing Tickets phone number at (407) 566-4985 or using the “Chat With Us” feature in the app.
In this helpful answer, Jackie outlines
the steps to take to cancel and reschedule a Disney Park Pass reservation. Please make sure you cancel next week's reservation when you know for sure you can't make it; it's a busy week and lots of families are eagerly watching for cancellations.
Christopher, once you have locked in the dates for your visit later this year, be sure to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations. In honor of the Walt Disney World Resort’s 50th anniversary,
The World’s Most Magical Celebration kicks off October 1, 2021, and there will be lots of Guests arriving to join the party. Locking in your Disney Park Pass reservations early is always a good idea and gives you peace of mind so you can focus on the fun!
Thanks for stopping by with this question, and please come back and see us if you have any more questions. It’s always a pleasure to help a fellow military family with their Disney dreaming!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
