Hiya Amanda! It’s always great to welcome a fellow New Yorker to planDisney, so I’m so happy you’re here!
Oh boy! Can you believe in just a few short days, you will be off enjoying your fabulous vacation?! If you ask me, it's always a good time to visit Walt Disney World! But, I must say, you have picked an incredible time to experience the magic. Not only will you get to enjoy Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration, but you'll also have the opportunity to attend the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. There is so much to enjoy during this festival, including the incredible live performances scheduled as a part of the Garden Rocks Concert Series. I love to pick up some food from one of the festival’s delicious outdoor kitchens before heading over to the America Gardens Theatre in the American Adventure Pavilion to enjoy the show. So, be sure to check out the concert schedule on your My Disney Experience to make sure you don't miss out on the fun!
Now, on to your question, Amanda! While there is currently no way to swap your existing Park Pass Reservation to another park, you CAN cancel your current reservation and then rebook elsewhere. However, it is SUPER important to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar BEFORE canceling your existing reservation to ensure the park you are looking to visit is still available. I would hate for you to cancel and then have your preferred park have no availability. I went ahead and took a look at the calendar for the dates around your arrival, and there are some parks already booked up, so do be careful before proceeding with the steps below to cancel and rebook your reservation:
- Log into your My Disney Experience account from the Walt Disney World Website.
- Then, hover over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right corner, and select “My Plans” from the drop-down menu.
- From there, scroll down until you see your Park Pass Reservations and click on “View Details” next to the one you would like to cancel.
- Finally, click on the option to cancel, and follow the prompts.
- Once completed, navigate back to “My Plans” and click on “Make a Park Reservation” to book your new park.
Then, you should be all set!
