Hiya, Sadie! I am always thrilled to meet a fellow
Annual Passholder at planDisney. I love having the magic at my fingertips year-round!
I'm happy to help you with this question, as I was in this same situation a few weeks ago. I had made a
theme park reservation to start my day at the Magic Kingdom, but my morning commitments took longer than I planned. I needed to go straight to
Animal Kingdom Theme Park because I was
crushing on the Annual Passholder magnet. I arrived after 2:00 p.m., so I had to cancel my Magic Kingdom reservation to enter Animal Kingdom.
You need to go to the theme park where you have a reservation first, so you will need to modify your theme park reservation to Animal Kingdom or start your day at Magic Kingdom. I checked the
Annual Passholder Admission Calendar for availability on September 14. Currently, all parks have reservations available, so it should be easy to switch to Animal Kingdom. And if you are like me, heading to the parks after 2 p.m., you can simply cancel your Magic Kingdom theme park reservation to visit Animal Kingdom instead.
You can modify your theme park reservation on the
My Disney Experience app. On the main menu (the "≡" at the bottom of the screen), scroll to "Plan My Next Visit" and select "Park Reservations." With a few clicks, you should be all set to have a wild time at Animal Kingdom.
If you have not already, be sure to stop by
Discovery Trading Company. The
Annual Passholder magnet with Crush is totally awesome! This magnet is available through September 27 or while supplies last.
Sadie, I hope you have a magical day at Animal Kingdom and everywhere your adventure takes you this weekend. If you have any other questions, we are always happy to help at
planDisney!
See 'Ya Real Soon!
