Hey there, hi there, ho there, Ann! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having technical issues when trying to make a new Theme Park reservation for your upcoming vacation. I know just how frustrating that can be, so let's see if my troubleshooting tips can help you fix the matter in question!

Since you've already tried switching between three different devices, my next tip for you would be to grab a laptop or desktop computer and clear the cache and try again. If you're still finding yourself in the same predicament, consider opening the Walt Disney World Resort website in a new browser. This has happened to me quite a few times in the past, too, and I always find that switching from Google Chrome to Safari and viceversa does the trick! There is actually a handy list of web browsers recommended by Walt Disney World, so if you aren't using one of these I would highly encourage you try them out!

If you're still having trouble making your Theme Park reservations, please give the Technical and Website Support team a call at 0800 16 90 749. The amazing Cast Members should be able to help you out and get you on your way to the magic, but if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back here so my friends and I can assist you further.

    Have a practically perfect day,
