Since you've already tried switching between three different devices, my next tip for you would be to grab a laptop or desktop computer and clear the cache and try again. If you're still finding yourself in the same predicament, consider opening the Walt Disney World Resort website in a new browser. This has happened to me quite a few times in the past, too, and I always find that switching from Google Chrome to Safari and viceversa does the trick! There is actually a
handy list of web browsers recommended by Walt Disney World, so if you aren't using one of these I would highly encourage you try them out!
