I made the original reservations. In my app I can see the whole family in My Planning Party (ie, my wife and 2 kids). I invited my wife to join to access all our plan details and info. In her app she can't see the kids. Is there a way to add them?

    Hi John, welcome to planDisney!

You're doing so many things right when it comes to planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. For seamless planning before and on your park days, everyone in your planning party should connect as Family & Friends in My Disney Experience. You've taken the important first step of inviting your wife to connect. Follow these steps to add the children's account profiles (managed by you) to your wife's Family & Friends list:

    1. Make sure the words "My list is shared" appear next to your name on your Family & Friends list. If you see "My list is private," click "Update" and "Share My List." While you're there, make sure your wife's name appears on your Family & Friends list.
    2. Have your wife click "Add a Guest" at the bottom of her Family & Friends list (logout/login required if you're both using the same device).
    3. Your children's names should automagically appear for selection when "Find through my connected Guests" is selected. In my experience, a page refresh may be required if you and your wife are accessing your accounts at the same time.
As the manager of your children's My Disney Experience account profiles, you are the only one who can manage their MagicBands and/or admission cards, download their Disney MagicMobile passes, and change their account profile character. Most other tasks can be shared between you and your wife - purchasing Disney Genie+ service, booking Lightning Lane attractions, joining virtual queues, making dining reservations, etc.

I know your wife appreciates your efforts to get everyone connected in My Disney Experience before your trip, John. I bet she'd also appreciate you saving money by purchasing Memory Maker online at least three days in advance. Memory Maker is my favorite souvenir because it includes unlimited downloads of all Disney PhotoPass media captured during your trip. Moms love memories!

    Plan magic; planDisney.
