Hi! I made a mistake when registering our tickets for my sons birthday! My name auto filled during ticket assignment and when I pressed submit, I realized It was my sons ticket. Now we have 2 tickets with my name and none with my son’s. Can this be fixed?

Hi Lanae! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by our happy website to ask this great question.

Celebrating birthdays at the Disneyland Resort is such a magical way to make special family memories! It sounds like you have most of the important details taken care of for your son's special day. There is no need to worry about your name being assigned to both of the Theme Park Tickets. Once you scan for entry at one of the theme parks, each ticket will then be assigned to that person in your travel party. As long as each person is using the correct ticket type, you should be all set! For example, adults cannot use a ticket meant for children ages 3-9. Be sure you also have Theme Park Reservations for each person who will be entering a theme park on the day of your visit.

You can pick up a complimentary birthday button for your son at City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park, or at Guest Services in Disney California Adventure Park. If you want to celebrate with a special meal that day, I recommend making an Advanced Dining Reservation before you arrive. You can also add a Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to your reservation at select dining locations.

I hope you have so much fun celebrating your son's birthday! If you have more planning questions before you arrive, please stop by planDisney again. We would love to help!

    Happy Planning!
    Smiles
